By using the Sportwiz services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the platform.

Our services are available to individuals and businesses legally eligible to enter into contracts under applicable laws. Note: You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable to you.

3. Services Offered

For Users: Book sports venues, participate in events, track progress, and join teams.

For Partners: Manage venue listings, bookings, schedules, invoices, earnings, and engage with the Sportwiz network.

4. Account Registration

• a) You are required to create an account to access certain features.
• b) You must provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• c) You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to host, display, upload, download, modify, publish, transmit, update, or share any content that:

• a) Belongs to another person without authorization.
• b) Is harmful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or unlawful in any way.
• c) Violates any law, including the Indian Penal Code, 1860.
• d) Contains sexually explicit material or promotes obscenity, racism, or physical harm.
• e) Harasses or advocates harassment of another person.
• f) Involves transmission of "junk mail", "chain letters", or unsolicited mass mailing.
• g) Promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, defamatory, or libellous.

6. Booking & Payment Terms

• a) Users must comply with the payment terms specified at the time of booking.
• b) Partners will receive payments based on agreed terms.
• c) Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds will be subject to the platform's Cancellation and Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, designs, and trademarks on Sportwiz are the property of Sportwiz or its licensors. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

• a) Sportwiz is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• b) Disputes between users and partners.
• c) Venue conditions or service delivery by partners.
• d) Interruptions in services due to technical issues.

10. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at our discretion, especially in cases of violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Gandhinagar, India.
