Sportwiz — Cancellation, Reschedule, and Refund Policy

1. General Overview

This policy governs the terms for cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds related to bookings on the Sportwiz platform. Users and venue partners must adhere to the specific guidelines and timelines provided within this policy.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 For Venue Partners

• a) Venue partners can set their own cancellation rules for bookings.
• b) Venue partners must clearly communicate their cancellation policy while listing their venue.
• c) Sportwiz reserves the right to enforce a standard cancellation policy in the absence of specific partner terms.

2.2 For Users (Players / Teams)

• a) Users can cancel bookings as per the cancellation window defined by the venue partner.
• b) Cancellations made outside the allowed period may not be eligible for a refund.

3. Reschedule Policy

Rescheduling is allowed only within the booking window and depends on venue availability. If rescheduling is not possible, the cancellation policy will apply.

4. Refund Policy

• a) Refund eligibility is subject to the cancellation window and policy of the respective venue partner.
• b)Successful refunds (if applicable) will be processed within [5 -7 business days] from the date of approval.
• c) Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.
• d) In case of payment failures, or duplicate payments, Sportwiz will process the refund post verification.

5. No-shows

Failure to appear at the venue at the scheduled time without prior notice will be considered a no-show. No-shows are non-refundable.

6. Force Majeure

In case of events beyond control (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), Sportwiz and venue partners reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings. A full refund or alternate slot (as available) may be offered in such cases.
